Anyone Play Ultimate Frisbee?
Wanted to see if anyone played Ultimate in HS/College or etc.
Plus if you do, I wanted to ask stuff about cutting when offensive. Any tips on how to bypass a player and make decent vertical cuts without moving all over the place and wasting energy. I've been decent at dodging/cutting players since I usually run at them with the ball in my net to score in Lacrosse. But now Im trying to get open to get a pass.

Jump/height advantage always comes in handy, but most of the time it's not the easiest pulling off vertical cuts.
