Looks interesting to me, although I'm sure this is a sign of MapleStory undergoing another huge change.

Though it has nothing to do with that new UI. The new UI is part of RED patch while that cash shop is Cygnus Awakening one, so i doubt it will come together.

They already did a few years back.
GMS is lazy and try to copy paste.
if we get the same skill UI where we have to press the up button multiple times again...

This is just the KMS interface, which EMS has gotten recently.
It looks better imo but the only problem is having to raise skillpoints one by one again which is a hassle.
Looks interesting? It sucks to say the least. I like seeing my character in the middle.
