Don't know why you would paid 34mil to max a skill to level 30 when some mastery books are like 1-2mil unless you have such horrible luck.

Also changing jobs requires mesos or coins so unless you are rich, it is not advisable to keep changing

I might switch my night lord to a shadower. Seeing as I have 2 night lords and 1 db and no shad.

I have a question about the switching. It says that when you switch it doesn't transfer mastery book levels and what not. So when I switch back to my original class will I also lose my mastery book levels?

I would not switch my DB to a Shadower. Shadowers are one of the slower, clunky thief attackers but I do like their meso guard/shield mastery damage reduction. However, I prefer faster attacks and smooth combo transitions.

I have zero interest in switching to NL since I've played them a few before. I also have a DB which I won't mind training up again when the time comes.

@GetSmackDown: Which is more expensive than actually hunting for the books. For unfunded people that has gathered all of their books, it isn't really an option to change jobs, or at least not just for the lulz or testing a class.

No.

First off, Wind Archer and Buccaneers are two different races. Secondly, you can only change within your job tree.

they switch because its easier then just to karma all ur items and giving it to ur other char who is the same class like theif

Why would I want to switch? If I wanted to play a class I'd just make the class. I don't get people that are like "I only want to play the class at 200", it's like do you actually like the class, or do you just want the class's damage?

If I can change Angelic buster... then 100% YES.

@pyxlxy don't switch until you wait a little bit though... I am also unfunded, I was going to change to a bishop just for possibly 18 levels... but then a thought came to mind "What if a lot of people change to a bishop, I will be rendered useless" So I would wait a few days to maybe see how many change to Bishops before deciding... Well that is what I am going to do anyhow

I might change to a bishop.

Bishops are useful even with zero funding, and I have zero funding.

You mean you don't have to hunt MASTERY books again. The NPC sells only Mastery books. Skill books are a different thing.
OT: I probably won't switch since
1. I have a Dual Blade
2. I don't really like ranged characters
So I'm stuck with my Shadower.
