I need help sleeping
I'd rather now kill my kidneys with cough medicine and sleeping pills so I need good ways to knock myself out. Not literally.
Normally I only get 3 hours a night of sleep. I'm so tired all the time but when I try to sleep I just can't or I sleep for very little time.
Is there a hypnosis technique or maybe some voodoo? jk
But what methods can I use to help me sleep when I need to and sleep for longer.

Excerise. o.o
I know how you feel OP. I'm insomniac. I got prescribed Ambien to help me sleep and it works wonders. I usually take it every other night on the weekdays. I would recommend going to the doctor to get medicine, and then getting a sleep study done. But beware, sleep medicine can makes things get a little..weird.
im in the same boat as you, I lie down for about 2-3 hours before I can fall asleep, I guess you can eat some foods that would help in melatonin production such as bananas. Or you can go to the doctor to get some sleeping pills.

Well if you'd rather do it now I'd get to a doctor for a prescription asap before now is over..
Use melatonin to get your sleep schedule back to normal, you don't need a prescription. It can make you a bit drowsy during the day though

@0kevqn: Seems to be placebo effect. The data is unverifiable of them working though many claim they work.
@setget: My friend watches these videos on youtube called ASMR, I think it's meant to make you fall asleep
@0kevqn: I try to sleep begining at 10 pm, it takes me awhile to go to sleep but I don't have an actually time I sleep but I wake up at 4 am and can't go back to sleep. I wake up with a headache so I normally just shower to feel better. If I fall asleep before 4 a.m. I wake up around that time but sometimes I don't and I stay up until 6 am where I goto sleep until around 10 am
@setget: What time do you usually wake up and sleep? Set your alarm early like 8AM

Well I exercise and go for runs after each hour of gameplay/netflix. I left my house for a few hours to help out with school sponsored events, sometimes leave for sexy times, going to a film premiere that I starred in tonight. Is that enough?
Edit: Oh and I've been looking for a job for the past week

Talk to a doctor and get a heavy duty prescription
