I was wondering which of these to put points in first. I'm lvl 160 if that matters at all. Idk if it's important to consider training vs bossing.

it's a passive attack not a passive buff
though honestly people can categorise things differently
i would just go with the official categorisation of attack, passive, buff from nexon's skill UI.
