His damage is probably 2-3x that
She doesn't even have her 10 counters (I know the person playing it isn't a "she" but I'm just referring to the character).
I am pretty sure it is a guy who also has one of the godliest BMs out there, but nonetheless HOT DAM!

Doubt it, because you forgot to factor in Threaten, Combat Mastery and PDRate.
CHT's PDRate = -50%
Threaten = +30%
Combat Mastery = +40%

PDRate after factoring in Threaten & Combat Mastery: 50%*(0.3+0.4) = 35% minus 50% = - 15%

That's only self HB and self SE. CHT just dispelled.
