This is how you get your shoulders
Hi guys ,
I'll tell you all how you can get empress shoulders!
it really isn't all that hard.
-Unlock Link 9!
First you got to unlock link 9 , you don't need to unlock 6-7-8 in order to unlock 9.
Find the Link 9 core in evolving world from monsters. ( i recommend coin/core farming in link 3 due to lovely spawn rate )
After you found Link 9 core. Re enter the machine, put link 9 core in, Grab the quest from the first NPC ( on the entering map ) the quest is needed to unlock link 9 .
Go to link 3 to farm the ETC items needed to complete the link 9 quest.
After your quest is complete. Turn it in at the NPC at the beginning .
Whenever you Enter The Evolving world you can now enter link 9.
How to summon Empress?
Easy. Either find her core from monsters inside the evolving world , or simply buy her core from the store for 600 coins. " shadow monster " or whatever it's called.
-How to kill Empress?
You wanna kill Empress and get drops within several minutes?
Yes! it's possible.
Got decent DPS? got bind/magic crash ?
Maybe both ?
Drop Empress's HP , Bind / magic crash her before she heals. kill her within the bind/ magic crash , and she will not heal. ~

Went in 6 times, no drops. had easter egg buff and 30% drop core all times
