I checked my link skills before the server check, I have them all but the Kaiser one, and only Kanna, Demon Slayer, and Cannoneer had a level 2 available. DS was 15% boss damage for lv2 and Cannonner was +25 all stat and 10% HP/MP for lv2.
Kanna for sure for obvious reasons. Not totally sure about DS and CS, but according to what people have said above, they apparently did get level 2. In KMS, DS and CS got their level 2 links during hypers and the rest got theirs during Unlimited. So I guess it's true then, they could have at least posted something about it in the notes
As far as I know, Kanna is the only one with lvl 2 link skill and, @heaVINsent, it was changed to lvl 120 to unlock it...
kanna and possibly others have to be lvl 120 to get the lvl 2 link skill
I believe Cannoneer is now level 2.
Demon Slayer and Kanna are too.
You might as well level every link since they'll be level 2 soon too.

I hear people saying that Demon Slayers and Cannonneers got their level 2's already.
Demon Slayers' were also added. 15% Boss dmg.
