hot and bitter. i dont drink it much.

Coffee is made by steeping hot water through ground coffee beans (usually fed through a filtered bed of them), where tea is from tea leaves in a bag made of filter paper steeped directly into a cup or pot usually.
They have pretty different tastes. Tea is generally lighter and has far more varieties.
OT: I don't drink much tea, too into coffee right now. I should try more though.

I don't really sweeten tisanes, but that's mostly because of conditioned taste -- I drink most caffeinated beverages unsweetened -- but there's this seasonal Peach and Blackberry blend that is absolutely dreamy with honey and lemon juice. There are a few teas, like Chamomile, that I absolutely [i]can't[/i] drink without sweetening it though.
I'm not very familiar with the tea world, but I like mine sweet.
