Lith harbor,used to be the starting place of all adventurers' dream,to be what you want to be,to explore the world and to make friends.I still remember,when I first stepped into this place 10 years before,I was amazed,I never saw a scene like this before,I never heard a music like this before,I never felt such excited before.Though,during the 10 years,the game kept changing and changing,more classes,more maps,people began chasing the levels,equipemts and fame.People seems forgot this place,no one will stop here to feel atmosphere even for a second,they are buzy.Now,10 years later,this place have changed a lot and I have stopped logging in any more,but when I heard the BGM Above the tree top,all memories floated in the mind,the memorise about fighting together,the memories about passing through hard times,the memories about sharing feelings,it's all about one thing---- friendship.This game seems to be an old photo,which represented the parting childhood memories,it isn't a game any more,it has meanings.
this was my forth digital artwork,the skill was amateur.and I chose the sun behind us,which resulted in the light made the drawing less three-dimensional appeal.Because I have to many projects to work on ,I quickly finished this one,but it's still ok to see
due to the submission repuirement this drawing was heavily compressed ,if you wanna see a 1990X1080 one please ask me,and you can used it as a wallpaper

If maplestory was somehow turned into a 3-D game in the future, and made everything looked liked this - just as detailed and as beautiful, i'd think that people wouldn't mind it.

This is awesome! It also kind of looks like the town at the beginning of Fairy Tail, where Natsu and Lucy meet.
It looks like one of the best place to live.
Ah, my hometown. All other job specific towns (Kerning City = Thieves, Henesys = Bowmen, etc.) get so much respect and use, while Lith Harbor is left in the back of the mind as "noob central". I, myself, deem Lith Harbor the Beginner's home; to see someone give it the respect it deserves is astounding. Thank you very much for sharing this with us. It is absolutely magnificent.

it came out in 2003 in Korea,then in 2004 summer this game was introduced into China.I uesd the word"nearly",because it wasn't summer now
