Best set effect currently?
Is CRA + Tyrants still the best? Ive seen people go for the 4 set SW by transposing their tyrants. The lastest I have heard of is the 3 Set Cra plus tyrants but absolab weapon and shoulder. What is the best currently?

At the moment, it is cra/tyrant/sup gollux.
in 5th job, you will keep your set but replace weapon with arcane and shoulder with arcane shoulder and hat with arcane hat.
cRA + Tyrant is most cost efficient to get right now. The reason you're hearing lots of 4 set SW transposes is because in reboot, that is actually a quite good option to aim for. I know many people who are just shooting for it, since they're all xposing after hitting only 8-10 stars (depending on their luck). And given Reboot has no scrolling, all boost from set effects are helpful. Absolab one I haven't looked much into, but I heard it's just a small boost compared to cRA + Tyrant.

@unlucky7: not only does the boss require probably the top 15% in all worlds to do damage on, but it requires skill and practice. and even then if you do manage to kill it it takes almost 1/2 a year or a year to get one equip (don't quote me on that). best thing you can probably do is to do marval machine like what people did when cra came out to get level 200 equips and flood them into the market. i don't anticipate these equips to start catching on maybe a year or two after the update with the current method to get the equips.
@natty2 is absolab stuff only worth it if youre super funded? I definently see how the cra and tyrants are more cost effecient but are they currently most strongest from the sets i listed earlier? :o
CRA + Tyrant is cost efficient, and best current. Only if you've 15-starred all of your tyrants, and successfuly Transposed it into SW, then you may consider transposing your Weapon too, otherwise keep Tyrants + CRA + Gollux.
Lucid Gear should be the first gear to surpass CRA to a certain degree, only at a certain point, for certain equips.
@wall i heard lucid gear is extremely hard to get, itll take at least half a year and even then really expensive to get. Thats why i was considering absolab
