Finding parties at Sh

Why are people so mean D: I just hit 165 on my battle mage and literally nobody will party me.
They'll lie saying theyre full when I can clearly see that they have less than 6 people.
A couple of people just outright refuse because I'm too low leveled. How in the world am I supposed to level up to the point where I'm not too low leveled if I can't find a party in the first place -_-... So ridiculous. I haven't found one single party that was generous to me and let me join.

Sorry for the rant, but I really couldn't stand it.

There are a few reasons why people don't party.

The main reason is there is no incentive to party. Having a full party will decrease the experience you get. Leechers are just deadweight after they removed party play. The only reasons anyone would ever party leechers is to be nice to others or because they are ignorant to the fact that it decreases the experience. For some classes soloing a drill hall map is optimal experience since you can cover the entire map. Others train optimally with 2 attackers since they can cover half the map. It's not that the party is actually "full" but rather it would be suboptimal to party. These parties you'll often see kannas that kishin out of party and people that give holy symbol and then get kicked out of the party.

The next reason is the 40 levels out of range thing. Only the killer gets experience when someone in the party is out of level range. I see that you are aware of this, so it doesn't make sense that you are complaining that people say you're too low. I would say you're too low leveled too. Sometimes I invite someone to my party just to show them this fact. You are in Bera, and I'm familiar with the parties at both drill halls. They are not lying that you are out of level range. I almost never see parties with anyone lower than 200. The people that are 40 higher are probably more scared of seeing lower than 180 people than you think because they typically complain about not getting into parties.

Others don't want you to trigger elite mobs. They're just annoying and hard to kill. You'll have more success at 190 when you stop spawning them. The people that don't invite for this reason aren't being rude. Elite mobs are actually really annoying and they have like almost 1b hp. Elite bosses just invite ksers to come.

The solution: Dimension Invasion PQ until 180 or solo maps until 180 and then try to join parties. You can also try joining large guilds.

Personally, I 1 hit and usually run in a full party and even when the members are offline I don't kick them because they're friends and it's a pre-made party. Since I'm 241 and 244 and 246 are in the party, that means whoever join has to fulfill the minimal requirement of 206. A lot of people don't understand and they will always ask for leech below that level, if you're above that level you might as well train yourself; there's no point leeching making both our experiences lower.

I don't think people check level requirements anymore and spam aimlessly; it's usually the same people cc-ing and asking all the time even though they're outside the 40 level gap which does get very annoying.

@Cheeesecakes, hey cutie. come here often? <3

LOL how are you gonna complain about not being able to party with higher levels, you won't get exp if you aren't within 40 levels of the highest person in party.

I don't even bother trying to train my main during 2x, it's way more hassle than it's worth and when you ask you don't even get a simple "full sorry" reply half the time. If you don't want me in your pt that's fine, but at least stop for 2 damn seconds and tell me that...If you ever need ppl to join i'll be more than happy to help, I have a couple lower lvls i need to train at SH anyways

Blame Nexon for messing with party play and making the state of training this way. IMO leeching was much more better than everyone just doing their own thing at least party play and leeching didn't have any hostilities when people asked to join.

Full simply is a nicer way of saying no and to stop bugging them, just acknowledge it and move on.

This game is run by anti-social players now. They will not even acknowledge you exist unless you deal cap damage.

The issue with "full" comes from its previous meaning in parties that were at LHC or HoH; party play got removed and so some people have the connotation of "full" being "six", as that always resulted in better experience for everyone involved.

Unfortunately, Nexon's poor update that removed party-play and players being greedy for hogging a map mean that if you're not funded, leveling at 165+, especially during 2x, can be particularly problematic with how few spots there are which are actually viable in comparison to SDH or FDH. It's honestly why I use 2x to train link mules or do boss runs; trying to train at SHD or FDH during 2x is practically impossible in larger worlds nowadays, because everyone hogs a map for themselves and isn't above taking a map others are training on with their one shot skills, and it's difficult for a party to contest a player like this due to the size of a map.

My advice: don't bother trying to train during 2x unless you one shot at SDH or FDH. If you don't, it's really not worth the time and effort to find a map, hold it and then have some self-entitled jerk take it the second they need a map because they can force you out.

They are not lying when they say they are full.
Full at SDH doesn't mean 6 people. Full just means they have enough people.
Since there is no extra exp for extra party members anymore, people don't need big parties.

Well, if you think about it, the majority of the people who train there are usually solo-ers who are over 200. If you want a party, you need to find people who cannot 1HKO mobs or you will need to befriend people at SH. Or don't go training at SH and find some other place to train. Maybe try soloing the map and burning pots and time. Or fund yourself until you can train effectively on your own. Maybe people at SH just don't want to party people in general.

very well aware of the 40 levels thing. They still dont party me though. I hit 1m per line which isn't too bad

It's MUCH faster soloing if you have a Kanna and/or HS mule. This is why people tell you "full" when they're actually not because it's too annoying having to explain to EVERY person that asks for party. I know this because when I tell people I'm soloing, 1 out of 5 person will tell me off for hogging a map and bunch of other rude things. Therefore, I just tell them I'm full instead...

Some people like to get the most of their exp and so they'll simply have an hser and a kanna and have a 40 level gap so they get all the exp. Basically some people want to get a ton of exp and don't want a full party.

By our standards, we're full. We're not trying to lie to you. Having more people in the party means less exp for us. So when we say we're full, it's because we don't want more people in the party making the exp worse. As for the level, you must be within 40 levels of the highest level player in the party to get exp. If you're level 165 and they're level 206, you won't get exp. If anyone ignores you, it's most likely because they're botting or they already have a sign up saying they're full.

well it's a legitimate excuse saying you're too low leveled. if you're only 165, and there's someone level 205+, nobody in the party will get exp.

You don't get exp in a party if there is a 40+ level gap in the party.
People are just like that during 2x. Hop on over to fdh.

If only you were in windia because i have a battle mage who is 162 who needs a party for sh when it comes to it. I dread that part of the game but after that at least its smooth sailing 170 and up.
