Arrrrgggggg, any good idea how to relieve thee itch?
I have tried those weird Chinese ointments, but sometimes even those are not good enough!

Take a knife and carve out the skin around the area of the bite. Itching relieved? Yes. Excruciating pain? Depends on how much of a man you are.
If you start flexing your muscles in the area the mosquito is biting at, you explode the mosquito. I know this doesn't help, but it's funny.
I use the hottest water I can stand on bug bites. :X Temporary relief.
Tiger Balm
get some cooking oil and rub it over the mosquito bite.
Have them extinct.
Poke a hole right through it, the pain you get will overcome the itchy-ness.
Rub alcohol on it.
