Because wand users are dwarfed by staff users because of that 3 magic attack difference.

i wish they'd increase the speed increase from magic booster - this way both wand and staff users could benefit from the speed increase
(and of course, the same speed increase for blaze wizards)

I still don't understand why they think the 3 m.att difference (ignoring enhancements) between wand and staff is something that even needs balancing. The cost between the two is even more negligible (when clean)...

let's see. I/L have 45% Crit (Hyper+Skills no Link) and 145%~165% CritDmg. 3% increase brings that to 1.3% increase in dmg... it's even lower after CL's crit bonus or other Crit sources (and obviously completely useless if already at 100% crit)

much better than before where it was 4.545% (or 10% if you had another attack speed somewhere). though still bigger than 3 matk...

Same for me.
But I'm bittersweet about it because I already perfected my staff.
No need to remake a weapon. ESPECIALLY with Primes not returning.

that's actually PERFECT for me. I have decent SI and also +1 attk speed from inner ability as a blaze wizard. I have 97% crit with DSE. I don't need the speed boost because I can reach 0 speed anyways. THat extra 3% crit will really help me a lot.
