Clarification on hard speed cap

Does speed hard cap at 0 when you break it with green MPE? I ask because I worked pretty hard getting +1 speed IA and DSE on my tyrant gloves, which would have me at -1 with green MPE.
If this is the case should I change my IA or should I cube DSE off my gloves? I figure I should go for changing IA to 50% buff duration instead of cubing gloves because I cap 100% on all bosses

I think I'll probably switch my IA to 50% buff for the convenience of not having to buff as often if that's the case. My main glove has DSE/DSI so I don't have to switch it anyways.
Sad to see +1 speed IA go though....

Hey sup
I'm having the exact same issue, and I haven't noticed a speed difference with SI on and SI off.
So I think it caps at 0
Though my dojo time did improve, idk if it's because of SI or not though...

+1 att speed is like a perma dsi that you never need to cast, which sounds amazing. Im sure recubing your gloves will be cheaper than changing your inner ability

At this point, you should focus on drop rate gears. Pouring more money into dmg is pretty useless.

@Axnslicer: OP said he had DSE on his gloves so I went with that. Either way, both help the resell value. And no buff duration doesn't really matter, but its more useful to have your buffs last longer, and have to recast less often, than to get more attack/boss/attack speed if they won't change your dpm at all. At least buff duration has a use, however little use it is

I think you mean dSI. You might as well keep them both, if you cap on all bosses it's not like % buff duration really matters for you.

Speed has a hard cap at 0 that you cannot break. As for recubing your gloves, if you can already hit cap all the time I wouldn't worry about it. Keeping DSE on them could help resell value a lot though. I would instead spend that money trying to get buff duration on IA. Its pretty much the only useful line if you already hit cap, unless you want the +30 attack for some reason
