Final cut skill steal
Hey, I recently made a phantom and I'm a little confused about final cut. I know it doesn't buff range but rather just a 60% damage boost, but using it I'm not seeing my numbers on milles hit any higher- is it just glitched right now or am I doing something wrong? It's at level 30, as is milles if that matters.
My crits with and without it are about 2.6m, I thought they would go into the 3m range with it.

Has to be fully charged and it has to HIT a monster for the skill to activate.
Hitting while not fully charged will result in a lesser boost.

Before you see the damage increase, you must hold down the final cut attack button for 2 seconds or so to charge up the attack.

You have to hold it down then release the key when the blue bar fills up, you won't get a damage boost unless you do that.
Also, I'm pretty sure Final Cut isn't as good as Arrow Blaster for Phantom, unless you have a lot of buff duration. It's pretty mediocre unless you can make it last 100% of the time.

Are you charging it? When you use the skill you need to hold the key down to fully charge, then attack. If you just use the skill without charging it won't buff your damage by much.

wait guys should i be maxing final cut ? i got it at lvl 20 im lvl 156 lol ?
It's supposed to be a separate 1.6x multiplier that doesn't show in your Attack Range.
no it does work, udk why it doesn't for you but it works just fine for me
I thought of that too, but a lot of phantoms recommend stealing it
maybe it only workds on duel blader idk
