@stevenman76: Given the major economic events (and similarly) which have occurred since the last rollback, I've come to the believe Nexon cut costs and eliminated whatever was required/used to rollback servers. The game has only expanded on stored data since the last rollback, and I'm sure disputes could arise between those managing rollback functionality and the developers in terms of making sure every possible new feature is covered in the rollback, so I wouldn't put it past them to outright cut the ability all together, quietly.
Next time when Nexon makes a mistake again, don't play it safe. Go ahead and abuse it, because apparently you'll get more rewards that way. According to the hundreds of people who just got unbanned, and got to keep their unused tickets, as well as getting Maple Points too.

A Public Service Announcement from Nexon has been posted on the main forums which includes the reason why they have released players who bought the Gachapon Tickets without any gains being deleted.

The only reason I can guess everyone got unbanned at this point is because I've noticed a growing amount of frustration over maintenance and other inabilities to log in causing the new FriendStory hidden quest (where you must call Orchid within [b]the same hour[/b] of the day every day for 30 [b]consecutive[/b] days) to reset. The unbans happened right before the hou, so maybe Nexon was showing compassion to these legitimate users attempting to participate in their unfairly-organized content. Of course this causes major issues for the whole gach economy, but just my theory on what's going on.
