So, explorer mages, what do you consider a good range?
I was just curious as to what everybody thinks a "good range" or a decent range is. This poll is only about explorer mages so if you are a BaM, or Evan or some other class with different range multipliers, please don't vote.

10k: newbie or returning veteran
20k: meh... its not bad.
30k: the average standard. It will sit well with some lower tier bosses (like zak and hilla)
50k: decent. This would probably be the border line for those that don't spend money on this game though I'm not saying it's impossible to surpass this border. Just takes TONS of time without nx.
70k-90k: pro mapler
120k: incredible
150k-300k: godly range. Earns some amount of respect from others
1-1.5 mil: Do u spend 10,000$ on this game?
1.8-2 mil: @paying standards
2 mil+: [i][b]U have been banned for hacking[/b][/i]
I'm not going to say any specific range, but with the last few event shops we've had it really is not all that difficult for someone to scroll a perfect weapon and some half decent pieces of armor. It's even a great source of money if you work hard at it. Before these event shops I would've guessed a much lower range, but because of them I'd say the bar has been risen substantially.

Wow, that's like my exact situation. I think anything above 50k is good, but I am personally shooting for over 100k .
My personal goal is 100k-+ , but I'd say any range above 20k is decent/good enough to enjoy the game.
But to give decent answer to your question, a good range, in my opinion, would be something between 50 to 60k range.
I consider anything above 150k pro.
I guess 70-80k is pretty good. Seems hard for me to get my IL's range up but I'm working on it. Keep in mind that Mages have several damage multipliers that don't show up in range so you can actually do a bit more damage than what your range shows.
Predictable results so far
I'm saying 50k is good enough since a majority of people I meet in game say 30-40k is godly and that range isn't one of the options.

Hmm, okay. I personally think it's a little lower, since even though you bring up a fair point, I think a "good range" is a range that takes a decent amount of funds to obtain but it should still be something obtainable with regular playing and taking advantage of events/merching/minimal nx use. 100k range on an explorer, at least to me, seems like it would require something further then that.
Again this is all opinion though.
