I/l damage
I was wondering, Before I had 30k range on my I/L and I did 300k crits and 150k ~ 200k non crits with chain lightning. I now have 61k range and still do 300k crits and 150k ~ 200k non crits. This is on the same monsters example is the monsters in dimensional invasion. During the 30k increase on my range, I've stayed the same level, so the monsters haven't gotten stronger. So, the question is, do any other I/L mage encounter this problem or is it just me?

How the hell do you hit so high with a 30k range?
Believe me, that's impossible. There are many reasons that would explain why you think your dmg is staying stagnant. For example, maybe you were during infinity or you were fighting a ice/lightning weak monster. We cannot know why unless you provide more details.
It's not the arcane aim, i know because i upgraded a bunch of items. Got 30 m att beryl heart, 248 m att e staff (old staff was 171 m att), +21% int, etc.

I don't know what you were doing to hurt that much with 30k range. When I was at 30k range, I'd hurt 100k non-crit, 175k crit. Now at 50k range, I hurt 175 non, 275 with.
It's probably a damage increase that didn't affect your range before but now is (Arcane Aim).
It might be just you. Although, I/Ls are very hard to upgrade, so that might be a problem. Try fighting other monsters or another boss and see what happens.
