Say I clicked something that affected my browsers when I ran CCleaner. How would I fix that? Cuz I had to go and hold shift + reload on a bunch of sites after I ran it cuz they looked messed up.

Panicka is having the same issues. It's there when he's not logged in or is using a browser other than Opera

No, there's just nothing there as if it were a normal website.

For me it disappears occasionally. Most of the time it comes back later. @_@

Sometimes ads cover mine.
My theory: Mr.basil does it on purpose so people click on the ads more.
