One piece character
Who is this guy?
I dont really remember but i can probably describe him
I THINK he wears a blue marine uniform with a badge or a crest on his heart.
I remember him talking through a snail, on the receiving end are his soldiers
They are ordered to release a highly dangerous character from his jail
The character has red eyes, no face shown i believe
The guards were given to order to give give him a sword, After the prisoner unsheathes his sword he kills all 4 or 5 of the prison guards.
They introduced him to kill black beard i believe
Anyone know who i am talking about?
