I revealed a unique clean reinforced gollux earrings today and got 21% luck. How much would it go for in windia?

I am aware that luck is worth more than dex. That's why I am asking for potentially 21%+ dex earrings

Luk is the most expensive and Dex is second to least. He has the Luk ring so if he made a straight trade for Dex he would be getting ripped off.
