Stupid inner ability is stupid
I swear I have the worst luck or this IA system is stupid. Started with 300k honor points with 25% buff duration on epic. Got unique like 4 or 5 times and the would disappear like after 1 or 2 re-roled. Ended up with 12% buff duration 2nd line on epic with 25k points left. Not sure how some of you say you got legendary in like 30k points.
The dumbest thing is that buff duration only popped up like 2 or 3 times on the first line (mainly epic) and that was during the start.
Too mad right now, need to cool off.

I used like 50k nx to get legendary and then used 700k honor exp to get +1 attack speed. It's all luck.

I've never seen legendary on my main either,
but almost all my mules would get it within 40k honor points...
The lowest was 10k

ive literally rolled every possible ia twice EXCEPT THE TRUCKING atk speed.
spent another $600 in the past 2 days sigh i give up.
Got it to legendary with around 60k-ish points the other day.
It probably doesn't actually help, but I feel like hitting cancel every now and then a few times instead of re-rolling helps weed out the decreased rank rolls.
Getting legendary is really random af.
Maybe the next 10k you'll be able to get it.
Wait til after you get legendary... 3m+ honor after getting it to legend, never saw attack speed +1, and only got 50% buff duration once. =[

I forgot to mention I got unique close to the end too when i had like 100k points left. If I rolled with it locked, I would only have like 20ish unique rolls over another 1000 roles.
I just suck at my IA I guess.
I've spent 200k honour in two sittings on my Bucc, and haven't seen Legendary.
I spent less than 40k on my I/L, and I rolled legendary. My I/L spent maybe 30k more and landed 20% boss on the first line.
Sometimes it works out, but a bunch of the time it's just tough.
you need luck my friend;( ive spend alot of $$ to get that attack speed +1 and no luck
