Soaring Glitch
I know that you are able to make your character soar by using a transformation potion while soaring and canceling it, but today I encountered some people that took it to the next level. They were quite rude and refused to tell me even though I was rather polite to them. Any idea of how this works? http://imgur.com/SHLwvY6

There's a specific ledge there that you can clip through if you down jump, but it's very tricky to get right. Once they clip through, they must immediately use their mount and soar. At this point they're soaring underground now.
Also, something that most people don't know. If you're on the bottom layer of a platform that has a slope that looks like ,----- you can stand on the incline, get on a soaring mount, fly up a little, then fly down so that you are soaring on the same level as the ground and down jump. If you do this all correctly, you will always clip through the ground. Some notable areas to do this are at the inclined slopes in Henesys and Leafre.
