I don't think she's interesting at all. Made to appeal to the widest amount of people possible. Nothing wrong with that, I just don't like her music. It's my opinion just like any other person.
If you like her music then you shouldn't be insecure in your own judgement and pay a single bit of attention to what anyone else says about it. It makes you look like a child.

It's because she went into pop. She used to be borderline pop/country so she had fans from both sides but now that she went pop all her country fans are like "NUUUUUUU Y U DO DIS TAYTAY" <- exaggeration but you get the point. Anyways I liked her for like a few weeks a couple years ago but then I got over it so I never really cared but I do like her new song Black Space cause it reminds me of Golden Time.

Oh that reminds me the media also portrayed her as a girl who would date guys, put them through hell, end up breaking up, then wrote songs about them to make millions. So because of that she hate more people hating her. Then of course she makes a #1 hit out of that whole thing and makes more millions. She's rich af..lol

Personally, I like Taylor Swift so I will be biased here. She's not THE BEST singer, but she isn't bad either. She's good. I think it's better that she writes about her life experiences although her songs are pretty cheesy and lame LOL. Recently, she released "Shake it Off" and "Blank Space" MVs, both ridiculing herself...I don't see why people hate her, but someone can always enlighten me

I remember this one small kid "MattyB" who was like 9 and rapped. At first everyone LOVED him because he was so "adorable" and stuff, now he's famous and there are so many more hate comments. I believe haters just hate because they're mad/jealous. Although, if you have a good reason to hate, I guess go for it?
