so i assume that gays are like "girls' in a guy's body but gays seem totally different.
Gays will outright say "that guy is cute" while girl is more reluctant. Gays seem to be always open for sex while girls are more careful.
WHY DO GAYS ALWAYS TALK IN SOFT TONE? Lot of girls talk normally but it seems like gays talk in artificial tones.

Gay guys aren't necessarily females trapped in a male body...that's a whole different thing (somewhere along the lines of transgender if they admit to it).
Gay guys are guys who have attraction to other guys. Gay girls are girls who have attraction to other girls...simple as that.
Some gay males are effeminate while some are masculine. Effeminate males do not have a "fake voice", they just sound like that. Of course, some may emphasize on it, but mostly it's just how they sound. Not all gays blatantly point out cute guys, you have just been around the stereotypical gays. My female friends also point out cute guys they see...so I don't understand what the problem is. My straight male friends also point out cute girls as well.
You don't really need to understand gay people, just let them be? And if you really want to understand them, it's really not hard at all.

no, not all gay men want to be a woman. even most drag queens don't feel as though they are the incorrect gender, and it's literally their job to dress up as women

Personality is Nature vs Nurture here. You'll inherit some personality from the nature side, and nurture is dependent on experience and social norms. That's why gay guys act gay.
The attraction comes from the brain. Basically the white soldiers messed up when telling the brain whether to be M or F.
