It depends on your boss% to know your %TTD worth. But all things considered, if you want more mob damage 15% TTD is > 9% attack. In regard to boss damage it depends on your %boss. At your amount of %Attack you should have 300%+ boss.

its most likely to say that 9% atk is better than 15% TD unless your overall atk without any %s is low..in which cause TD would be better

%Att is better in short but is it worth cubing over right now? Probably not unless you have money to spare and nothing else to improve.

In general, you should aim for % att. That gives you more of an improvement in range than % total damage.

For future reference, Cross Surge is a separate multiplier (like Final Cut on Dual Blades), so it won't affect the balance between %Boss/TD and %ATK.

That being said, %ATK will still be better for the OP assuming he has plans to have %Boss/TD aside from Dark Knight's hyper skills

you need to provide more details such as job, stats, total boss %, total dmg % (including link skills), probably even total base attack if you have that, all of em to get a proper answer

in short, its likely its better to get 9%+ att, but your current stats might make that different. if youre actually aiming for an end game set up cube for % att anyway. keep in mind it can cost a lot to get a good bpot
