Investigating the Miracle Time issues, huh? How bold
I'm not here to complain, I wasn't going to participate anyway. I'm just kind of amazed at their audacity... Like, what is there to [i]really[/i] investigate? The event did not trigger like it was supposed to, it's as simple as that.
After the fact that there's nothing to really investigate, they even go as far as to promise updates, full well knowing they won't do it in reasonable time frames.

@AllDayErryDay: When you are telling people you are annoyed by this, you ARE complaining.
Maybe Girasol was responsible for when miracle time gets turned on and off, and they "forgot" she doesn't work at Nexon anymore.

More than aware. It doesn't take a rocket scientist, or meetings, or investigations to figure out that the event didn't trigger though, regardless the fact they weren't there. And beyond that, there's no need to figure out why it happened, because no excuse will be good enough for the community, and/or their loss of money. All they needed to say was, "We'll hold another one soon" or, "We'll refund your purchases".
It's like if you're at a restaurant and someone doesn't bring out your food. Your immediate reaction as a manager should be, "Your meal is free!" instead of, "Let me figure out what happened with that, and I'll get back to you in about 20 minutes." Anyways. I'm sure you were being a bit satirical so whatever.
I hate how incompetent nexon is. Really pisses me off

Being annoyed is not complaining. It's just having a reaction to it. I really could care less about any sort of compensation, or how they deal with it. Just found it interesting they'd go that far to make it seem like they're really doing something lol.
Well knowing Nexon america id say they're looking for what went wrong in their code and since they just copy+paste from kms they have no idea where anything is so they have to take time to look for the error that they should have looked for before actually starting the event.

Nexon logic: So guys, all the players are waiting for miracle time, what should we do? Lets have a meeting on whether we should give them 1 hour, or 2 hours of 2x exp as a compensation!
At least we know this... at first Nexon appeared greedy and incompetent for servicing mainly the NX users with incentives to purchase NX.. but I'm seeing the Nexon team as a whole is incompetent in general.. absent of maximizing profit.

Tbh, I think they did it on purpose so you bought cubes when it was planned, and so you buy more when it gets rescheduled.
I liked how they made a statement affirming the Miracle Time issue, but said nothing of anything else. Like, say, Evo Rings not working.
