New Potential Tier
A new potential tier has been added for all equipment Lv. 151+. This includes Terminus weapons. The different equipment level potential tiers are now:
- 1-30
- 31-70
- 71-150
- 151+
.. What is this.. did anyone know about this prior to the announcement? This is a massive change that could effect every "godly" item in the game which will now no longer be seen as godly. This new potential tier makes RA and Tyrant almost obsolete because they are not over level 151. Does anyone have any idea what the new Tier is going to be like? if it follows the pattern, this will allow us to have insane amounts per line on 151+ equips.. up to 15% per line.. 45% stat no neb'd equips anyone?

Equip it > tradeblock/untradable (can't be PSoK or w/e)

I still dunno about converting...I mean were switching over from top + bottom to an overall? and also, according to everyone, the equips are untradeable

wait til RA is converted into 160+ gear THEN cube it to new tier

It's only a 1% difference, and %Boss/%PDR are unaffected.
i.e. Legendary will be 13% max instead of 12%.
Idk, but at this point it's not even worth going for for me
