there are A LOT of better anime's about there then the one's you listed, that aren't even "top rated".

are you kidding me? sorry, but that's your little opinion; everyone has their own tastes.
btw, that's quite biased of you considering your little list of anime's aren't even a blip on the radar compared to the amount of animes that are out there.

The character designs are all rehashed from Blood+ in Blood-C. You can see that the neighbor was the older brother, Haji is the mysterious dark classmate, I believe the teacher was a detective, and a few others. I'm liking the delicious twins though.
