no u cant cuz theres no better version of bow from oz tower.
and the 500m.att staff (was it 500? not so sure that i rmb correctly...) has 1 slot, so it should be pottable.

and im not an oz tower expert (especially as i never bothered to do it) but im pretty sure about this two things (except the actual att in the weap)

Its teh rarest bow in the game, you can only get it from Tower of Oz rank 1 and 2 boxes
