My protection scroll did not protect my weapon
Today, I was scrolling a fafnir risk holder, I used a shielding scroll then a protection scroll. I am 100% sure i used them. When I used the Anniversary scroll that gives 10 wa and 10 ma, my weapon blew up even after I used the protection scroll. What do I do?

Its this new UI. Sometimesill use a scroll and the progress bar thing goes full but the scroll doesn't stick so I have to do it again. I think it might be due to lag or something.

Some fafnirs look like they have the shield icon in the corner of the picture. Perhaps that's what you saw instead..

When it happened, I was too sad to even think about the ss. I kinda cried inside closed maplestory, calmed down and send a ticket. D;

But seriously, that'll only happen if you didn't actually use it. This is why, as stated above, you should record yourself whenever doing something like that. Then you could legitimately send it in and show that a protection scroll didn't work.
I did and it had the shield, I also have 1 less prot scroll than i did before D;
Hence why I always record it myself scrolling.
shield scroll =/= protect
Always, [b]ALWAYS[/b] check for that shield in the picture of the item you're scrolling before you boom it.
picture proof? I doubt it blew up if you actually used it
