Pretty much every day, though not quite to this intensity. That guy in the video is literally there every weekday and is always shouting about how we're all responsible for the murder of those in third world countries because we work for the man. There's also almost always a lady that stands by the sides and reads passages from the Bibles and curses under her breath when someone that's blatantly gay or smoking a cig passes by her. It's pretty damn entertaining and I love it for it.
