12-15 is average
if you score above 20 you might have narcissistic personality disorder Below 12 and you might have low self esteem.

im not a real narcissist in the eyes of the people around me, but for people who truly want to REALLY know me find out quickly that i think I'm amazing. HOWEVER as a senior going to college for acting i forceably need to be the best in mein eyes other wise i will never get anywhere. as an adult i'll probably score bellow 20 because its maturity thing.

Many of those questions were bad... it assumed so much abotu you that there should've been more than 2 options.

This is actually something i wanted to mention. While i'm not commenting on or judging the person you've quoted in particular, low self esteem and narcissism aren't mutually exclusive. Many narcissists actually aren't as confident as they appear to be. Many become that way because they have have low self confidence. This is not to say a high score suggests that you have low self confidence though. A confident individual might score high on this test. A person with a low score(i'd personally say 9 or below) might just be a recluse or a quieter, more reserved person. They might not necessarily have low self esteem(though most people exhibiting those qualities admit to some sort of esteem problem). Don't take the results too seriously
