Saga alliance stands out to me because I'm personally in it of course. However from a non-biased perspective I am really impressed at how well it's all leaded. The other day I had some issues with a member, and the leader instantly took care of it. The leaders and juniors are really involved with their members.

All of the members in general are really helpful to each other and there's a lot of trust. If someone goes to kill a boss, they will always ask if someone needs something (without charging anything most of the time).

The best thing about this alliance is that it doesn't beg for attention. They don't need to be known to be a good guild. Nowadays, all good guilds somehow feel this strange need to be mentioned somewhere. They would smega spam the server, make constant threads about themselves on Basil or would simply show up everywhere. That's why I really like Saga, they don't bother with that stuff. I personally get chased around by people a lot in the game, so it's wonderful if I'm in a guild with little commotion like that.

Out of all the guilds mentioned, I'd say this alliance is one of the few that doesn't match the stereotype of famous guilds. Nobody hacks, nobody's a jerk and nobody cares about the fame of the guild. That's why it stands out to me.

IMO None. The so-called "top guilds" are usually the ones with duped gears that they purchased with real $$ or they're the dupers/hackers themselves, no real effort involved. I'm not going to name names because I can foresee that a bunch of people that have too much guild-pride raging at me, getting all butthurt and saying something like this:

"you noob, iksu4lifez #(insert guild) FTW"

Wait.. so you're basically saying many of you aren't as active on ms anymore, rather you keep in touch outside of game. It's nice that you still maintain contact with your guildmates via skype, but if your guild activity on ms is much lower than it was in the past, then of course people will get the idea that you're guild isn't what it used to be.

Do you have any experiences with any scammers from inspiration? or are there any well known scammers currently in the guild? Definitely points to some administrative issues in the guild if what you're saying is true. Fairytales method of giving guildmates free items is something new to me. It is a good way to keep your members though.

That's very nice... but like i mentioned before, i'm asking for guilds that are still strong and active today. If i was making a list of the most popular guilds of all time, then maybe i'd include undiepatrol( I say maybe because there'd be guilds like excellent,etc on the list).. The guild itself was never really that strong, despite drays affiliations with some of Scanias best players

We really keep to ourselves for the most part, aside from having friends in Aurix/Ectoplasm/Ether/DarkLily that occasionally come on runs with us o.o

@Coldinside: I am proud of my guild ^^ we work together well as a team. Sammi is just fine, that's her opinion. We all have different ones =)

Noctivagant is very active, not the strongest, but we get the job done.

Well the poster above you has posted in many gucci threads and i think he claimed he was a jr master in the guild too. He doesn't even seem to believe that gucci fits the requirements . Again i'm not calling it a bad guild, it seems its just a "for fun" group.

I love my guild, Someday, but we're not very active during the school year. A guild in our alliance, Noctivagent is always pretty helpful, active and friendly though. I'm gonna say the whole enchanted alliance too since we usually do things together and are an active group in game.

Interesting how just a few people has mentioned Gucci. I wonder why.

However, there are lots of good guilds. Personally, I like the ones who are talkative and friendly.

Gotcha. I'm aware many people will just name one guild or list their own although i won't put a guild in the OP unless they post some proof that it functions well as an organized unit(Chrono videos/Inspiration blog/detailed testimony).

I already put Chrono up there, but thanks for the further proof. Those videos remind me somewhat of the old horntail/pink bean guild videos i would watch on youtube(from guilds like synergy,vengeance,eternity).While I'm not saying that a lack of guild pride is a bad thing, it's nice to see a 200 who's proud of their guild and actively proving it with more than just words of praise. Quite the contrast from the views presented by @sammi:-Guild unknown, but mentioned she isn't proud of guilds in general) and @taisuke:-Doesn't seem proud of his synergy guild . Again, i'm not criticizing their views or lack of guild pride.

@Tchan: How many members does inspiration and alliance have online at one time? That guild blog makes it seem like an enormous guild.

Couple similar responses in this thread. Judging from the varied answers in here I'm guessing its true. I guess it's harder to tell since a
strong guild isn't necessarily required for anything anymore(barring a super strong boss which requires group play).

@askthenoob: Very informative blog, sheds some light on why that guild might stand out to others in the server(even if it doesn't appear top notch). I already put your guild in original post since it got some mention of standing out prior to that blog.
