However when I was in Elementary I could hold in my poop for 2-3 weeks and when I pooped it hurt bad, but at the same time soooooo refreshing.....

I hate eating cereal in the morning then during school I need to take a big dump.

WOW... am I seriously the only one that goes once every 2-5 days? I remember doing a brief research and there is no "healthy" range of the number of times you go in a given period of time.
