Character Expansion Slot Coupon Glitch
Hai Basil! Just a warning that there is glitch with the Character Expansion Slot Coupon that was given out just now. When you use it, it says that it has successfully added an extra charachter slot, however when you log out and try to make a new character, there won't be an outlined slot, nor are you able to create a new character. I'm assuming that this is occuring because they were meant to be used after the server maintenance, but if anyone else has had this problem, [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/Community/#%2Fshowthread.php%3F439675-Character-slot-coupon-didn-t-work%26nxid%3D6]post here[/url]so that a Nexon representative can see it prior to the maintenance and get the problem fixed and reissue them.

So has this issue been resolved?
I've yet to receive my extra slot.
i only have 10 and i only got 1 expansion from the 2 expansion coupons
This is total bs. Nexon wake up and smell the coffee we want our slot.
Soo did anyone get a fix? or is nexon just ignoring it?

I really want my character slot back so I can finally make a phantom...
I got two coupons but only one of them worked. weird. Help nexon.
I used one on my main account before the update, it didn't work, but i tried later on another account and it worked -.- i can't make a phantom now :S
Mine worked normally.
And now, I have a total of 10
character slots. 8 of them are used,
and the ninth one is phantom.
So I have one more char slot

@moremsplox: Planned without, yet executed with. Seriously, Nexon needs to communicate with their players much better. The announcement [i]still[/i] say except Khaini and Bera. Come on Nexon, at least update it.

@Aznguy999: Yes, I believe this is an issue with the state of Bera and Khaini at the moment. There wasn't anything wrong with the character coupons they gave out to us, but a server issue with the two servers in queusteion, with all the bugs related to the two; royal hair and face coupons, link skills, crashes and now character slot coupons. Nexon really needs to fix the underlying issue with the servers, rather than fixing each thing individually.

Redeemed 2 coupons simultaneously, only 1 extra slot. o.o

This happened to me too with BOTH expansions

If by "Jett core glitch", you mean it becomes unequipped when you wear a 2H weapon and you can't equip it back afterwards, it has been fixed already.

seems to be Khani and Bera that got screwed over......unfortunate.....

I agree, but I don't mind this method either, it's just....how do they screw some of these things up? I'd be happier if they just done it all over night while bringing the game down.

One during Jett's release, and one after the maintenance? I think it may have to do with the problem.

I only have 9 slots, and my coupon failed as well. Thank you for pointing this out. I was really relying on having a new slot available.

they need to remove the character cap, worst case scenario? people spend $100 to make 5-10 more characters.
best case scenario?nexon keeps re-doing classes and passing them off as new unique ones and gives us ALOT of free char slots like they have been
The same thing happened to me. I went ahead and got the char expansion slot in game but when I relogged it did not grant me the extra slot. <ATM I have 11 slots, and am not already at the max char slots>

Why would they give you Maple Points as a punishment because they failed to give you a free item?
I got two free ones when Jett came out... I will try to redeem it once again in an hour, but I don't expect to get a new slot.

Same happened to me, however, I had gotten two free slots last time when jett came out, think that might be the reason
