ON your throat? Or IN your throat?
If it's [b]on[/b] your throat. heat up a needle to sterilize it, pierce the top of the pimple, and squeeze the inflamed area around it to rid the area of any exudate. Yes it will burn and hurt, but if you do it right, scrub it, clean it, and then put a bandaid on it or something and it'll go away soon. It should be less noticeable by the morning regardless of how large the pimple was. If anyone asks why there's a cut or a bandaid on your throat, just say you nicked yourself while shaving.
If it's [b]in[/b] your throat and you're worried about people seeing it, I think you're working in the wrong place lol. Nobody should notice it. If it's an swollen node at the back of your throat, it's not a pimple, it's an infection. Mix some salt into a warm cup of water and gargle the solution for a minute or two, a few times before you go to bed. Do the same before you wake up. It'll take a few days to go away depending on how serious the infection is but you should do that until you can see a doctor...
If you mean inside your throat, its probably a tonsil stone...if thats the case look it up, there are methods to remove them.

Put an ice cube on it to suppress it for work if that's the problem
