Does Anybody Miss the Old Map Layouts?

I really miss the old maps, especially those in Victoria Island. Honestly, the new maps sort of made me feel like the sense of adventure in the game was lost. You can warp to any PQ from so many places, and most of the maps are just really linear, almost like they're all training grounds. Plus you can just change channels in the Cursed Sanctuary and end up there again (as opposed to going back to the giant door before the cold eyes). Does anybody else miss the old map layouts?

Hells to the no.
These maps are more fit for training, easier to navigate, and actually correspond with the World Map.

I wish the map layouts were like this from the beginning.

@kajmir34
I know right. The start is sooo boring.

I cant find a good place to find friends now. HHG was the best. But Nexon. Nexon! They took it away from meeee ;(

I miss when people could differentiate between someone who is complaining and someone who is giving an honest opinion rooted in genuine feelings.
Another one of these threads eh? Getting old. I dont care about the new maps. Game is way better now than it was before. 6 months for me to get to 70. Now the tough levels are like 140+

Much. Better.
This isn't a Big Bang thread, it's a thread about map layouts. I also like most of the other changes that occurred due to Big Bang, but I miss the sense of exploration that used to be a major part of this game.

I remember the golems in between Henesys and Sleepywood.
When I was going to advance to warrior at level 10, I looked at the world map and thought going to Henesys and through Sleepywood would be the fastest path to Perion.
Then I jumped down right on to a golem and died instantly!
So, when I became a high enough level to survive them, I would drop items and mesos next to the golems and wait for players to be lured to their death. >D

I have little memories attached to several of the old maps, and I miss visiting them, but I still prefer most of the changes the BB brought.

probably a newer player. most of the old players think the same way, we all kinda miss the old maple, especially when we didn't know the first thing about it.

I think they tried to make this game as noob-proof as possible to attract newer players. I really don't like that since we all had to figure everything out for 6 years before Big Bang happened, and we all ended up fine.

new ones go much smoother and make more sense
"missing" the old ones is not a good reason and you should just be quiet
...is not a good reason for what? I didn't advocate for or against anything. Maybe you should understand the point of such a harmless thread before you insult me by telling me to be quiet.

i do =( i remeber when i was a begginer in this game and i really enjoy to explore maps, see what monsters they have and that, now all is very confuse and the monsters are very lame and low lv =S, i think the big bang was just made to train faster to lv 100 because at 100+ is really hard to find a good training spot
