- Catherine, the girl who routinely posted pictures of a professional model and claimed they were of her. eventually outed by another user, deleted her account, never posted again. - one time mrbasil had to go out of town for a few weeks, so he left us in charge of approving avatars and screens. the avatars people would try to submit were hilarious-- real photos, game sprites like slimes or mushrooms, flames drawn around their in-game character with ms paint, stuff like that. some of them were so funny I had a hard time deleting them. - the "Basil cycle" to describe threads that were regular occurrences on the chat forum (religious debates, opposite sex advice, what is your IQ, how do I get 6 pack abs) - imogene and freezepop doing the annual Basil awards - Xtesy trolling xXSyKoXx (one of the original mods) to the point of quitting the site *while* he was still an active mod - metaghost, noted insane creep whom I briefly believed to be responsible for the 2014 Isla Vista shooting

How come people treat me different when they find out I'm a Marine? I never asked for it. I didn't ask for free cab rides or my meals paid for! When ever I look at my bank account most of my meals are charged back in my bank account. It makes me really happy.
