Thats totally fine, as long as it means a lot to you it'll never run stale. There are many times i forget i have a tattoo (so did many people) and only realize it when someone points it out.

I wouldn't get one myself because I'm really iffy when it comes to aesthetic changes to my body (I cant even keep the same hairstyle for over a year so I dont think having a permanent tattoo would suit me very well) but there was this one girl I met who had the triforce symbol (from Zelda) between her shoulder blades and underneath that was columns of hylian text. It looked fantastic.

Yeah totally man! Joey Hamilton is def my fav. Modest, and very well rounded. He was without a doubt ink master after a few episodes. If you havent seen the first season yet, youre missing out. Its COMPLETELY different from the other seasons. Everyone was much more professional (including the canvases), there were no screw ups (Like people leaving mid tattoo), everyone was respectable and respected each other's work, only judges had a say in elimination, and the flash challenges almost never involved tattooing on human skin.

Thats fine. Rib pieces are totally bearable though. I sat through mine with my eyes closed (not asleep) and never cringed once. I guess the mentality behind it is to just expect the worst and when it pain comes, you realize its not so bad.

I have a reaper coverup. I had it cover up another tattoo that I got when I was 15 in a friends garage.... Big mistake don't do it kids!
The coverup cost $600. It looks quite a bit more in detail now, after 2 more touchup sessions. However, it's quite hard to take a picture of by myself so live with this.

I really want a tiny black crescent on my left palm. It's hard to explain, but the moon holds meaning to me, I guess.

Plus it's subtle so no one will notice it right away, but it's cute, and I won't be ashamed of it when I'm old bc it's barely noticeable. It's an idea I've had for over a year, but I'm gonna wait a few more years and if I still want it, I'll know it's not a spur of the moment thing.

Normally this tattoo means a lot of things ( http://www.vanishingtattoo.com/tattoos_designs_symbols_roosters.htm ) but the main reason why i got it was cause its my chinese astrology sign and since im the type of 1st gen that loses touch with their heritage. Its not meant for show like yours but Instead of reminding me where youre going, this one reminds me of where i came from. Again, awesome tat!
