I gave a 0 because I haven't logged into the game since early november and it keeps me from logging in for multiple reasons, main one being is that the game is just too boring now.

Yelled at them for removing content while it was being "revamped" despite no revamp ever coming. Also threw in a yolo "please make a legacy server".

[*] Customer service, while better, is still pretty garbage
[*] Not much is done about severe hackers
[*] Gamble-type items

i wrote 356 words which was decent i guess. i think that if most people participated in the poll without leaving a comment then they'll just see all the low ratings as troll votes and not really count them. who knows though

1. DDoS aside, the servers have been pretty unstable. They supposedly do upgrades every now and then, but never properly fix them. Because of this, there has lately been a hefty amount of lag. It makes it unplayable during 2x exp/drop events, to the point where a channel or channels, might crash.
2. The events each month, during a patch update, are pretty much the same. One example is the attendance event. It's always the same attendance event, with the same previous rewards and such. They need to spice it up.
3. The way the company treats its players is pretty terrible. This could be ticket-wise, compensation-wise, etc.

I gave them a 0. I could have written an essay saying why but decided not to because let's be honest, they're not going to read it.

Also its not like its extremely surprising sony got attacked. Sony is a worldwide known company. I could go around asking people if they know what nexon is and most people will tell me no.

No other games have been having issues with ddos? Both PSN and Xbox live were down because of ddos attacks recently.

DDOS affects each company differently, Sony was hit with a DDOS on Xmas day and as I recall It took them a few days to recover.

In sum: Starting new on Maple seems fun, but might be a trap for end game to either buy NX or work really hard to win.

8, because honestly Maple is still pretty damn fun when you have a RL friend playing with you. I was getting all excited and willing to level my characters more when my brother was here for winter break, cause we played Maple together. We played hours every day.
I haven't played at all since then cause it just has no appeal.
