Nintendo should remaster their games
Seriously, all other companies have done it, Sony and Microsoft have remastered their games for newer consoles, heck Sony made Ps1 games available for PS3 and PS4
Mainly i want to play old Pokemon games on my 3DS, and others like Megaman battle network, and they have an eShop so why not release these games as downloads? i know there are emulators but idc i want to play them wherever i want
Now, i dont actively follow things that come out as nintendo exclusives so maybe they've already released games on the nintendo shop but i think that if they havent, they totally should and if they could they should make them has WiFi capabilities

I'm pretty sure I've mentioned this before in the past, but I really wish Nintendo would consider remaking some of their older Gameboy games.
Update their graphics for whatever newer platform--like the 3DS--and add some new areas/items/enemies/etc.
It would be great to re-introduce forgotten old games like TLOZ: Link's Awakening, Metroid II, and SML3: Wario Land.

I'd just rather have them focus their resources on developing new games. Well then again, I don't care much for remasters.. ^-^
You can always get a PSP with that firmware thing and play those games on it. I was playing Metroid Zero Mission while waiting to get a haircut some months ago. NES, SNES, Genesis, GameBoy, GBC, GBA, PS1, the PSP is an awesome portable emulator, dood. I also have Pokemon Emerald on it, but then ORAS came out.

He's not talking about smartphone games. He's talking about nintendo/sony games being playing on a phone.

Are you me? ):
I kinda like Starforce too. I'm sad they didn't continue the series further.
I really want to play mario party 3 again I wish they had it in the virtual console
@KaiwatersXD: Lunar Knights was great though.
They have remastered many games already and I appreciate what they have brought back.
Consider that they have many games that need to be remastered, they have already remastered many and I'm sure they're working on more. And at the same time they have to come up with new releases to continue the series. Pokemon way too many games. It's the same thing over and over. This goes the same for their other series too.
Also, they own SEGA now so there's those games to worry about too.
They also have to think about future console gaming. You can't just call it quits after you perfected a console for release, they have to keep innovating and revolutionize the gaming industry even further!
Nintendo is hard at work and they're the best at what they do. They're working at their own pace, why don't you try working for them and try remastering their games? Oh? You don't know how?
You obviously can't keep up with Nintendo games if you're asking for remakes so you can do what you have already done. o.o
You'sa hater brah. Leave Nintendo alone.

nobody would want a remake of pokemon red blue or yellow AGAIN
only thing i would agree on is a battle network remake but since they're so old and its six games they should just do two collections like a gregar and a falzar one with gregar containing white, red and colon while falzar containing the other games
some old Nintendo games were rereleased on the Wii U and 3DS, since they didn't have a successor in the franchise. But bigger titles like Mario, Pokemon, Smash, and Zelda never needed a rerelease of a game since
1) they remake it (Pokemon ORAS) or
2) a new masterpiece is already in the works, so there's no need to milk ten-year-old expired glory
@Ness
OP likes his nostalgia, notice his aversion to mobile games?
