Working out to cope with anxiety

Lately, I've been feeling more and more anxious due to job applications.

I recently found that sticking to a weekly workout program (30mins~1hr a day) really helps curb my anxiety.

Any one else workout to control their anxiety?

@blackwingblade: That sounds fun. But I think it might be too loud for my roommates

I recently started jumping on a mini trampoline, while listening to music. You should also try yoga if you haven't tried it.

I don't control mine--it controls me.

I just try to make myself feel better by doing stuff I like, so like playing games or something.

A good cycle/run right before an interview does wonders for me.

i dont have anxiety but i work out because i feel good about it. i have this mindset: "a strong mind equals a strong body." it certainly does help with anxiety though.

I don't have it because I don't have issues
