I've seen many of his characters in fact.
I would say @XtraCannon , but I met him earlier this morning at Evo Lab. Sold him I think 7 Tempest equips for 20 mil. And I had just picked them up off the ground a second ago too.
I generally keep to myself and have little interest in socializing, so there's no one from Basil Market I'd really want to meet in-game (although I have had people try to seek me out, though).
Still, I'd be a little surprised if I were to somehow encounter Mr.B or one of the mods.
