Its okay at your age(assuming around 14 - 16) most kids watch it and their parents already know it. Your parents were once kids too and around your age they've probably seen it too.
you must train. I haven't been caught since I started years ago. use bathrooms and lock the door if it's during the day if it's at night, try to hold off till everyone falls asleep and use your phone (for god sakes don't use your computer unless you're home alone and out of sight)
