Defective product experience
Have you ever received a defective product?
Recently I bought a laptop, and on the second day the laptop's fan started making noises like an electric toothbrush. I soon experienced Acer's terrible customer service who seem technically deficient and suggested I do a BIOS reset. Trying to contact the MS store for a replacement after hearing how bad Acer's repair can be. Waiting for them to call me back.

I bought a shamwow a few years ago and I wanted to test it out. So, I did what anyone else would have done and spill water on my bed purposely and put the shamwow to use.
That piece of garbage didn't absorb anything. The paper towels I had worked better
Got an iPhone 5 from NY and the Sleep/Standby button on top is defective (after using it a couple months), its an occurring problem with some batches.
I can't get it replaced coz I'm not from the States.

Yes. I ending up sending it back to them costing them more money then if they had let me keep it.
