Why did you make your warrior class?
I was going to originally make a thread to just drks but I thought it would be better to ask it here. So why did you make your warrior class?
For me, this drk was intended to be a mule for my aran (which was almost 4 years ago) until a few things happened:
- Reached 3rd job
- Watched BF leech videos
- Changing my drk's hair color to blue <3
- Uses the same weapon as my old Aran
- (Not going to lie) KhainiWest's mask

Cause of Meta Knight and Aegislash.

Oh right....forgot about him....inspired me to get stronger. xD
Made my pally cuz I once saw some lv 70 white knight walking around henesys with a doombringer and he kept using charges... Man... Charges were so cool. Idk why but the old pally charges just made pallys look so cool to me. So I made 1 and got it to 130. After that I got super tired of the 4th job (and all that grind since this was like 3 or 4 years ago or so)... When pally got their recent revamp i went back to it... Grinded to 170 cuz of how strong pallys had become... Honestly my favorite warrior class to date, but it just doesnt have that flair it used to have.
Lol which adventurer does still have "flair".
Dragon Buster and @chickenpoodl
Made my Paladin kinda recently, way after I started playing the game (I was more of a dexless assassin guy in the beginning).
So actually my Pally started as a Dark Knight, and he was an Ultimate Adventurer made from my Dawn Warrior. I made a Dark Knight cause I already had STR equips from my Dawn Warrior, and the skills had always been appealing to me but I heard 2nd job was hell. It wasn't too bad and I eventually got my Dark Knight to be my highest level character at 131. Then, we had the job changing thing, and my Dark Knight felt really weak after RED, so I just changed to Paladin, and I haven't looked back since. Paladin is fantastic. Hard hitting and being tanky, AND having great bossing/party skills. I love feeling useful and being a hard hitter. And getting respect. Skills aren't bad looking either.
Wish I had a better story like you guys who created them pre-Big Bang or something. But no, I only played I/L Mage and dexless sin back then.
Wingbeat = Spin2win
When I first saw Aran I thought they were kinda boring because I saw my bro playing with it and I thought it was lame (2nd job).
But then I decided to try it out and fell in love with the combo system...
I originally made my Dawn Warrior and Hayato for the link skills, but fell in love with their playstyles
I used to main a Paladin back in the days, but ditched him once Cannoneers came out
I've tried Pala again after RED for the gratias ring, but they're just not as much fun anymore
Demon Slayer:
Demon slayers could friggin glide. Only other class that could do that was Evan and you had to pay money.
Demon slayers just absolutely controlled Aliens 6... it was unfair.
Dragon/Dark Knight:
Back in 2006, 3rd job Dragon Knights were easily the most coveted class because of their triple stab attack. Roar didn't hurt either, being one of the few FMAs of its time. I made one after RED because of Crossover chains.
Aran:
At first, when I returned in 2012, I had no clue what Arans were, so when I returned I thought they revamped spearmen and made one. Came for the polearm, stayed for the combo system.
Mihile:
Lasers. Too bad it's spammy and low dps
Hayato:
SAMURAI SWORD. HOW COULD YOU NOT
Kaiser:
DRAGON WARRIOR TRANSFORMATION. HOW COULD YOU NOT
Zero:
ICE CLIMBERS. HOW COULD YOU NOT
Found a Mage that didn't relied Magic Guard, thought it was cool, tried it, it's pretty much Warrior with a staff.
i liked dragon knights back then
I wasn't really interested in making another demon character after I got my Demon Slayer to 4th job. But, when Demon Avengers came out, I decided to give them a whirl. But I only managed to get that character to level 30 and couldn't keep going. Then, I re-made my Demon Avenger two more times, but never got past level 40 because of the lack of interest.
I ended up taking a long break from Maple, and, when I came back, I made a Dual Blade and joined a guild in GAZED. There, one of my guildies convinced me that Demon Avenger was more than meets-the-eye, what with having to balance your HP and your Exceed skills. So, I decided to make one and, although first and second jobs were still painfully boring, I sucked it up and got her to level 133. I don't think I've had this much fun playing a class in a while!
Now, I'm just looking forward to getting to level 150 so I can start bossing with my guildies. Hoping to be able to solo Hilla soon
You should be able to by even 140. I guess it depends on your range. I had a 50-65k range when i did normal hilla. I'm glad you like demon avenger
I tried Hero for a while and due to sheer willpower, i got to like lv 140. (before evo and etc) i tried merc for a while but then it got expensive. after taking a break when things got busy at school, i was playing a lot of smash bros with my dorm mates. I came back and merc had been nerfed so i switched back to hero and literally could not. i noticed a few new classes had come out like kaiser and hayato. i looked at the stat list that was next to both characters and noticed that power and difficulty were maxed for hayato. i was like, "yeah! finally a class where my dmg can be high!" I made a hayato and i never looked back. it reminded me of smash bros being able to combo but without set combo buttons. just being able to chain all of the individual attacks together had me. it's not the best class but i'm still 213 and going strong.

I think you should be able to solo Hilla after 140, if you have decent equipment

Hero cause brandish but i had a dark cause i thought they had sexy skills
Long ago back when 3rd job was the thing to get to and when kpq was te best way to level up, I watched warrior videos and loved the pally threaten skill. For some reason that ghost looking blob thing really appealed to me and I stuck with it ever since. Now my blob has armor ^^
A long time ago, a Crusader 1-shot Mushmom with Panic, and I found that to be amazing. Doesn't have the same flair now that it did back then, but I still love the class.
