@iChosenDream: I want to say it does. It lasted for 146 seconds when I had my Corsair card equipped, but the numbers don't quite add up unless I timed it wrong somehow.
@GunsTheSparkle: Not sure since it's like the buff of a summon, but from experience, it almost lasted the duration of 2 sacrifices, so I guess it's affected.

@iChosenDream: I never get the attack lines only magic attack (of course it's never on a mage or the like). 32 is much closer to 50 than 19 is. More Gungnir hurray.

Its all about luck really. I know people who got it within 100 and i know people who still havent gotten it in 2k. I got lucky and got it on my 334th one i believe
On my wind archer, took me like 20 circulators literally (got it under level 10 first time) In total I got 32% buff duration around 6 times before i got 15% crit. On my DB, I think I used up like 4k circulators and still havent seen one

can you get it from the circulators that you get from the medal of honors?

I farmed azwan every day for a month before I just gave up and left it at 19%
I'm level 51 and still got nothing above 19% :c plus never got it on a mule either haha

basically a solid month of farming 5xx circulators a night.
but I've had friends who got it in 10 lol
