Took me arround 25k from rare to legendary (going up and down between unique and epic). Just got way too greedy to not lock the rank.
I got it on a few characters pretty easily. It all depends on your "luck." One of my characters went from rare to legendary in about 20 and another character is still epic after 100 trys
I've spent over 600 k between three chars and still no legendary while I hear ppl claim their mules got it in 6k its hit or miss lottery
Took me 30k points or so starting at unique if that matters
It's possible, I have 2 characters with Legendary inner ability from honor resets.

With 20x drop or so I get 40k honor/hr at SH. This is assuming you 1hko and have a computer that can handle the lag.
Yeah but it takes forever and i dont think you can upgrade while locking unique. so just keep resetting. I tried for 2 months and finally got legend
its possible, but locking legendary costs u 10k points, if u lock 1 line as well then 13k

ya u can raise and looting honor from SDH or something is super fast
its u and ur luck, i have an inner legendary on my mule .
Farm from bosses. From daily bosses, I get 13k for a legendary reset (lock legendary + 1 line) from like 4 days of bossing
Good thing I got my inner ability to S rank(when it first came out) asap from the aswan grind.

It may or may not be enough. It's all a gamble like anything else in this game. I was trying to get legendary inner since the medal of honor revamp and barley got it last month. -_- LF>buff duration or +1 attack speed.

You can get legendary IA from honor (really unlikely)
Just get honor medals from bossing and also doing black heaven quests weekly I think?
Yes you can get legendary using only honors. It's really hard though.
Probably bosses. Or Loot attackers in SDH with a pet.
